摘要
棒材在连续轧制过程中应变速率高、变形不均匀,变形程度受孔型影响大,轧件与孔型热交换复杂,为了研究棒材三辊减定径多道次孔型轧制过程中轧件应力、应变及温度变化规律,采用有限元分析方法,对棒材三辊减定径多道次孔型轧制进行了热力耦合模拟分析。通过模拟计算,分析了各道次轧件在轧制过程中温度变化、等效应变及残余应力的分布及不同节点速度,对比分析了三辊与二辊变形特点,道次间微张力与轧制力关系。通过调整机架工艺参数,可提高最终产品尺寸精度。
        In the continuous rolling process of bar, the strain rate is high and the deformation is nonuniform, the degree of deformation is influenced by the pass system, and the heat transfer between the workpiece and the pass is complicated. In order to study stress, strain and temperature variation law of three-roll reducing and sizing multi-pass groove rolling process, multi-pass groove rolling process of three-roll reducing and sizing mill was simulated by Finite Element Method( FEM). Based on simulation results, the variation of temperature, the distribution of equivalent strain field and stress field, the rolling velocity under different positions during the rolling process were analyzed. The deformation characteristics of three-roll and two-roll were compared and analyzed, and the relationship between micro-tension and rolling force was analyzed. According to the simulation results, the size accuracy of the final product could be improved by adjusting process parameters.
