基于ABAQUS的煤矿钻机铰接结构力学分析

摘要
铰接销轴结构是煤矿钻机支撑稳固部件的重要构成部分之一,该结构的有效承载性能直接影响煤矿钻机的工作稳定性以及钻探质量。针对钻机支撑稳固中铰接结构的使用情况,利用ABAQUS有限元分析软件完成对坑道钻机铰接结构有限元简化模型的建立,依据实际工况确定了铰接结构有限元模型中的接触面和载荷等参数,通过ABAQUS中的静力学模块对此结构模型的受力进行了分析求解,最终得出铰接结构工作中的应力分布和受力大小,为煤矿钻机中的铰接结构优化问题提供一定的参考依据。
        The hinged pin structure is one of the critical components of coal mine drilling rig supporting stable parts, and the effective load-bearing performance of this structure directly affects the working stability of the coal mine drill and the drilling quality. In this paper, according to the actual working conditions of the articulated structure used in the drilling rig stabilizer, the simplified finite element model of the hinged structure of tunnel drilling rig is established by using the ABAQUS software. Parameters such as the interface and load in the finite element model of the hinged structure are determined according to the actual working conditions. Through the static module of the ABAQUS, force of the structural model is analyzed and solved. Finally, the stress distribution and stress magnitude of the articulated structure during working process are obtained, which provides some reference for the optimization of articulated structure in coal mine drilling rig.
