摘要
采用正己烷匀浆提取,浓硫酸净化,气相色谱-串联质谱仪检测,建立了纸质食品接触材料中7种多氯联苯残留的检测方法。样品经正己烷匀浆提取,浓硫酸净化后用气相色谱-串联质谱仪检测。7种多氯联苯的线性范围在0. 002~0. 4μg/mL,3个加标水平的平均回收率为89. 2%~100%,相对标准偏差为1. 9%~4. 4%,定量限在0. 005~0. 01μg/g。该方法适用于纸质食品接触材料中7种多氯联苯的残留分析。
A method was developed for determination of seven kinds of polychlorinated biphenyls residues in food contact paper materials with homogenate extraction and gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The results showed that average recoveries of seven kinds of PCBs( spiked at0. 01,0. 05 and 0. 25 μg/g,respectively) were in the range of 89. 2% ~ 100% with relative standard deviations of 1. 9% ~ 4. 4%. The linear range were 0. 002 ~ 0. 4 μg/m L,and the limits of quantitation were 0. 005 ~ 0. 01 μg/g. The method is suitable for the analysis of seven kinds of PCBs residues in food contact paper materials.
