摘要

以2013周期与2017周期国际艺术体操评分规则为研究对象,运用文献资料法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法,对2017—2020周期艺术体操评分规则变化进行深入分析探讨,从而探索艺术体操个人及集体项目难度发展的趋势,以期为我国艺术体操项目的难度训练和竞赛难度编排提供理论支持。研究结果表明:新规则个人难度部分的制定更加人性化,更加关注艺术和技术的共同提升,鼓励运动员充分挖掘自身潜力,突出个性特点。集体难度朝着艺术性、多样性方向发展,本周期将重视提高5名队员间的协作能力,增加协作价值在成套中的比例,使得艺术体操集体项目更具观赏性。
        This paper takes the Code of Points for international rhythmic gymnastics( RG) in the 2013 and 2017 cycles as the subjects,employs the literature review,mathematical statistics,logical analysis methods to make in-depth analysis and discussion of the changes in the Code of Points 2017—2020,and explores the development trend of the difficulties of RG individual and group exercises,with the aim to provide theoretical support to Chinese RG in terms of the difficulty choreography for training and competitions. The study results showthat: the difficulty for individual exercises in the newCode of Points is more people-oriented,focuses on the joint improvement of artistic and technical aspects,encourages athletes to tap their potentials and highlights their personal characteristics. The group difficulty tends to be artistic and diversified. In this cycle,the focus will be on improving the collaboration abilities of the 5 group members,and increasing the proportion of collaboration in the whole set of movements to make the group RG more aesthetic and enjoyable.
