摘要
笔者大学二年级开始迷上了中国研究,冒着丢失工作的危险,突破冷战时的研究禁区,对中国现当代教育展开研究,研究成果最终得到日本学术界的接纳。后又执念于儿童中心主义教育,在社会科领域推进问题解决学习。1980年代末开始频繁到中国考察,受邀参加了上海举办的具有划时代意义的教育国际研讨会。通过在中国各地考察和演讲,目睹中国基础教育的巨变,也分享了日本教育的经验。在回顾中国课改40年历程之同时,结合日本的课例,阐述笔者对以学生为本教育的看法,期待中国将之推向更高阶段。
The author became obsessed with Chinese studies when he was a sophomore.He broke through the restriction of the Cold War and conducted research on modern and contemporary Chinese education,risking losing his job.His research was eventually acknowledged by the Japanese academy.In addition,he indulged into child-centered education and devoted himself to the problembased learning in social studies.Since the end of the 1980s,he had visited china frequently and was invited to a landmark international educational conference in Shanghai.He had witnessed the tremendous changes in Chinese school education and shared the experience of Japanese education during his travels and lectures across the country.Looking back Chinese 40 years of curricular reform and relating several Japanese lessons,the author illustrates his understanding of studentcentered education with an expectation to promote the reform to a higher stage.
