农产品电子商务对企业财务绩效的影响——基于组织敏捷性的视角

摘要
如何突破农产品电子商务低效益困境是亟待解决的现实问题。基于资源基础理论,从市场响应敏捷性和运作调整敏捷性的视角,开发了农产品电子商务技术能力、农产品电子商务管理能力和农产品电子商务人才能力对企业财务绩效的作用模型,探讨了农产品电子商务能力三个维度对企业财务绩效影响的内在机理。研究发现:组织敏捷性在农产品电子商务能力对企业财务绩效影响关系中发挥了重要的中介作用。农产品电子商务的人才能力、技术能力和管理能力积极影响组织敏捷性,其中人才能力的作用最大;组织敏捷性进一步对企业财务绩效有显著的正向影响。提出企业应该合理配置人才、技术和管理资源,提高农产品电子商务能力,实现组织敏捷性,从而获得竞争优势和经济效益。
How to break through the predicament of inefficiencies of e-commerce of agricultural products is an urgent problem.Based on the resource-based theory,this paper builds a model of the factors affecting firm financial performance in the context of e-business of agricultural products from the perspectives of market-response agility and adaptation agility.It further discusses how the three factors,technology capability,management capability and talent capability,affect the firm financial performance internally.The empirical results indicate that organizational agility plays an important mediating role.More precisely,all the three factors mentioned above positively affect organizational agility and talent capability does most.Organizational agility positively affects financial performance.Therefore,firms should effectively and rationally allocate technology,talent and management resources to improve organizational agility and obtain competitive advantages and economic benefits.
