摘要

指导思想的核心要义至少应包括三个方面,即思想自身所把握的那个现实基础、思想的内在逻辑、思想的实现路径。习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的现实基础,是中国特色社会主义进入新时代;习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的内在逻辑,主要体现在以坚持和发展中国特色社会主义为主题、以实现中华民族的伟大复兴和建成富强民主文明和谐美丽的社会主义现代化强国为目标、以人民为中心、以新发展理念为引领、以统筹推进"五位一体"总体布局和协调推进"四个全面"战略布局为抓手、以推动构建人类命运共同体为博大情怀所形成的严密的科学体系上;贯彻落实"十四条基本方略",遵循新时代中国特色社会主义发展的战略安排,推进伟大斗争、伟大工程、伟大事业、伟大梦想,是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的实现路径。
        As the guiding thought of Chinese socialism construction, the core concept of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era should at least cover three aspects, i.e. realistic base, inner logic and realization path. Its realistic base comes from the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristic. Its inner logic is built on the rigorous and scientific system through integration of one main theme, one super goal, one center, one guiding principle, one starting point and one loving care, i.e.upholding development of socialism with Chinese characteristic as the main theme, building a strong,democratic, civilized, and harmonious modernized country and great rejuvenation of Chinese nation as the super goal, People First as the center, new development concept as the guiding principle, advancing the"Five-sphere Integrated Plan" and "Four-Pronged Comprehensive Strategy" as starting point and building community with shared future for mankind as loving care. Finally, its realization path resides in the full implementation of Fourteen Basic Strategies, in following the strategic arrangement of socialism with Chinese characteristic and in advancement of great struggle, great project, great cause and great dreams.
