人性化护理对降低老年白内障患者术后并发症的应用价值分析

摘要

目的探讨人性化护理对降低老年白内障患者术后并发症的应用价值。方法通过2016年6月至2017年7月就诊治疗的106例(106只眼)老年白内障患者临床资料做回顾性分析,并根据护理方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,每组53例。对照组采用常规方式护理,观察组采用人性化护理,比较2组患者护理前后SAS、SDS、生活质量评分及护理满意度、并发症发生情况、住院时间等。结果护理后2组患者SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,生活质量总评分均高于护理前(P <0. 05),且观察组护理后SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组,生活质量总评分均高于对照组(P<0. 05);观察组护理满意度(94. 34%)明显高于对照组(81. 13%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4. 296,P=0. 038);观察组术后并发症总发生率(3. 78%)明显低于对照组(15. 09%)(χ2=3. 975,P=0. 046);观察组住院时间明显短于对照组(t=7. 977,P <0. 01)。结论在老年白内障患者中应用人性化护理可有效改善患者负性情绪、生活质量及降低术后并发症发生率,还可提高护理满意度,缩短住院时间,值得临床应用。
        Objective To investigate the application value of humanistic nursing care in reducing postoperative complications of senile patients with cataract after operation. Methods The clinical data about 106 elderly patients( 106eyes) with cataract who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to July 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. These patients were divided into observation group( n = 53) and control group( n = 53) according to the different nursing care methods. The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing care,however,the patients in observation group were treated by humanistic nursing care. The SAS,SDS,life quality score,nursing satisfaction degree before and after nursing,and the incidence of complications and length of staying in hospital were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in both groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,moreover the total life quality scores were significantly higher than those before nursing( P < 0. 05). In addition the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,and the total scores of life quality in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group( P < 0. 05). The nursing satisfaction degree in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group( 94. 34% vs 81. 13%,χ2= 4. 296,P < 0. 05). The total incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group( 3. 78% vs 15. 09%,χ2=3. 975,P < 0. 05). The length of staying in hospital in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group( t = 7. 977,P < 0. 01). Conclusion The application of humanistic nursing care in senile cataract patients can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients,improve life quality,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,moreover,which can improve nursing satisfaction degree and shorten the length of staying in hospital,thus,which is worthy of clinical application.
