腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗卵巢囊肿的效果及其对卵巢功能影响的研究

摘要

目的探讨腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗卵巢囊肿的效果及其对卵巢功能影响。方法选取2015年10月至2018年10月我院收治的190例卵巢囊肿患者为研究对象,按患者入院顺序将其分为观察组和对照组,各95例。对照组采用传统开腹手术治疗,观察组给予腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术治疗,对比两组临床疗效以及对卵巢功能的影响。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及胃肠功能恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组术前指标对比无显著差异(P>0.05),观察组术后E2高于对照组,LH和FSH低于对照组(P<0.05);两组术后卵泡数量和卵巢体积均有所下降(P<0.05),观察组术后卵巢数量和卵巢体积和对照组对比无显著差异(P>0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组且再妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在OC中应用LOC治疗可以缩短患者住院时间,改善其卵巢功能,降低复发率,提高再妊娠率,效果显著值得应用。
        Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal on ovarian cysts and its effect on ovarian function. Methods A total of 190 patients with ovarian cysts admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to October 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission, and 95 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional open surgery. The observation group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst removal. The clinical efficacy and the effect on ovarian function were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay and gastrointestinal function recovery time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). E2 was higher than the control group, LH and FSH were lower than the control group(P<0.05). The number of follicles and ovarian volume decreased after operation(P<0.05). The number of ovaries and ovarian volume in the observation group and the control group There was no significant difference(P>0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group and the re-pregnancy rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of LOC in OC can shorten the length of hospital stay, improve their ovarian function, reduce the recurrence rate, and increase the rate of re-pregnancy. The effect is worthy of application.
