儿童哮喘患者血清IL-33和TSLP水平检测的临床意义及与IgE相关性分析

摘要
目的探究白介素-33(IL-33)和胸腺基质淋巴细胞生成素(TSLP)在儿童哮喘患者中可能产生的作用。方法收集咸宁市中心医院2016年1月~2018年1月收治的急性发作期哮喘患儿120例和同期健康儿童120例,分别作为实验组和对照组。采用ELISA法检测哮喘患儿治疗前与治疗后血清中IL-33,TSLP和IgE水平;用Pearson分析IL-33,TSLP与IgE的相关性。结果对急性发作期儿童哮喘患者血清中IL-33,TSLP和IgE表达水平进行分析,血清IL-33水平明显高于健康对照组,经治疗后显著下降,差异有统计学意义(t=15.788,P<0.05);血清TSLP水平高于对照组,经治疗后下降,差异有统计学意义(t=10.876,P<0.05),对IL-33,TSLP与IgE进行相关分析,IL-33与IgE呈正相关(r=0.694,P<0.001);TSLP与IgE呈正相关(r=0.765,P<0.001)。结论在儿童哮喘患者中IL-33和TSLP可能对疾病的发生和发展起重要作用,是儿童哮喘潜在的诊断新指标及治疗新靶点。
        Objective To explore the roles of interleukin-33(IL-33)and thymic stromal lymphopoietin(TSLP)in the children with asthma.Methods Selected 120 cases of asthmatic children who had treated in the Xianning Central Hospital from January 2016 to January 2018,and 120 healthy children served as normal controls.IL-33 and TSLP of serum in children with asthma were detected by ELISA,and correlations between the two and IgE was analyzed.Results The serum levels of IL-33,TSLP and IgE in children with acute asthma were analyzed.Serum IL-33 levels were significantly higher than those in controls and decreased after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(t=15.788,P<0.05).Serum TSLP levels were higher than controls and decreased after treatment.The difference wasstatistically significant(t=10.876,P<0.05).Correlation analysis between IL-33,TSLP and IgE.IL-33 was positively correlated with IgE(r=0.694,P<0.001),but TSLP was positively correlated with IgE(r=0.765,P<0.001).Conclusion IL-33 and TSLP may play an important role in the occurrence and development of the disease in children with asthma,and it is a potential diagnostic indicator and a new therapeutic target for childhood asthma.
