基于野战药材车遂行多样化任务建立模块化箱组规范的研究

摘要
目的:基于野战药材车建立模块化箱组规范,构建多模块化野战药材车,为遂行多样化任务提供高效快捷的医药物资保障。方法:分析遂行多样化任务中药材保障特点,确定药材目录与数量,将模块化原理应用于野战药材车设计,合理划分箱组模块,建立模块化野战药材药材保障体系和模块划分规范。结果:建立的野战车模块化箱组规范应用于野战药材车可减少常规药材装载时间,物资装载由原来的25 min缩减至8 min,实测高原模块转换地震模块所用时间由原来的40 min缩短为8 min;取药时间由原来2人10 min左右缩减为1人3 min即可完成;车厢内温湿度可控制在标准范围内,保证药材效用和安全。结论:模块化箱组规范应用于野战药材车使药材车具有高效、灵活和节省人力等优点,打破传统基数保障模式的局限,较好地满足遂行多样化任务中的药材需求。
        Objective: To construct field medicine vehicle with multi-module based on the modular box set specification of the field medicine vehicle so as to provide highly efficient, fast and convenient support of medicine and medical material for diversified tasks. Methods: Through analyzed the characteristics of medicine support in successfully implementing diversification tasks, and confirmed the catalogue and amount of medicine and materials, and applied modularization principle in the design of field medicine vehicle, and reasonably classified box set module, to construct modular medicine support system and module classification specification of modular field medicine vehicle. Results: The established modular box set specification of field vehicle could reduce loading time of routine medicine, and the time of material loading was reduced from 25 min to 8 min. And the time of actual measurement that plateau module was converted to earthquake module was reduced from 40 min to 8 min. And the time of getting medicine was reduced from approximately 10 minutes per two persons to 3 minutes per one person. The temperature and humidity of carriage could be controlled in standard range so as to ensure the effectiveness and safety of medicine and medical materials. Conclusion: The modular box set specifications that is applied in field medicine vehicles can provide series of advantages include efficiency, flexibility and labor-saving for the field medicine vehicles. It breakthrough the limitations of traditional support pattern by basic number, and can better meet the demands of successfully implementing diversification tasks.
