摘要

王晓燕从事儿科临床、科研工作30余年,对小儿外感发热有其独到认识。根据小儿发病容易、传变迅速的病理特点,认为小儿感邪后往往表邪未解已传变入里,就诊时常处在半表半里之间,或太阳少阳、少阳阳明、甚或三阳病症同时并见,主张以小柴胡汤为主加减治疗小儿外感发热。
        Professor Wang Xiaoyan has been engaged in clinical and scientific research in pediatrics for more than 30 years, and has a unique understanding of exogenous fever in children. According to the pathological characteristics of children, such as susceptible to exogenous and easy transmission, it is considered that the disease are transmission quickly, the disease are often in the half exterior and half interior, or both taiyang and shaoyang,both shaoyang and yangming, even disease involving all three yang channels,advocated by the Xiaochaihu decoction to treat exogenous fever.
