摘要
目的:探究公立医院医务人员工作满意度与政府治理成效感知评价的关系,为相关部门决策提供依据。方法:对杭州市8家公立医院868名医务人员进行问卷调查及统计分析。结果:医务人员工作满意度得分为70.77分,对公立医院政府治理成效感知评价得分为68.27分。医务人员工作满意度与其感知政府治理及4个职责成效总体评价均存在正相关关系(P<0.01),影响其工作满意度的因素从大到小依次为对政府的监督、领导、保障和管理等治理成效的感知评价。结论:医务人员工作满意度处在偏低水平,公立医院政府治理成效存在薄弱环节。重点加强落实政府及相关部门的领导、保障和管理职责可有效提升医务人员工作满意度。
        Objective: To explore the relationship between medical staff's job satisfaction and perceptual evaluation of government governance in public hospitals to provide basis for the relevant decision-making departments. Methods: Questionnaire survey and statistical analysis were conducted on 868 medical staff from 8 Hangzhou public hospitals. Results: The medical staff's job satisfaction score was 70.77 points,and the perceptual evaluation score of government governance in public hospitals was 68. 27 points. There was a positive correlation between the medical staff's job satisfaction and their overall perceptual evaluation of government governance and four responsibilities(P<0.01). The factors of job satisfaction from large to small were respectively the perceptual evaluation of the government's supervision,leadership,security and management. Conclusion: The medical staff's job satisfaction was low,and the effectiveness of government governance in public hospitals was weak. It can effectively improve the medical staff's job satisfaction by focusing on strengthening the implementation of the government and relevant departments' leadership,security and management responsibilities.
