摘要
针对红花花球生长高度差异大而导致红花收获困难的问题,设计了一种螺旋输送红花花球搅龙。利用搅龙对不同高度的花球实现分类,使不同高度的花球在不同时段内位于同一高度,提高了整株花丝采净率。分析影响螺旋输送搅龙转速的因素,利用解析法获得搅龙转速与整个装置前进速度、挡板间距,以及前、后梳理器交接处距离之间的关系。运动仿真表明:当挡板间隙10mm、前后梳理器交接处间距50mm、搅龙螺距120mm、装置前进速度为0. 5m/s、搅龙转速大于50r/min时,红花花球集聚搅龙传送花球效果显著,有利于红花丝的采摘,可提高采摘效率。为验证装置的可行性和仿真试验结果,进行了田间试验,结果表明:该装置对不同高度的红花花球分类集聚效果明显,提高了红花花丝的整株采净率。
        Aiming at the difficulty of harvesting safflower due to the large difference in the growth of safflower flower bulbs,a spiral conveyor saffron auger was designed. The use of agitation to classify curds of different heights enables the curds of different heights to be located at the same height in different time periods,thereby increasing the net collection rate of the whole plant. Analyze the factors affecting the speed of spiral conveying augers. Analytical method is used to obtain the relationship between the rotation speed of the auger and the forward speed of the whole device,the distance between the baffles,and the distance between the front and rear combers. Through motion simulation,when the baffle clearance is 10 mm,the distance between the front and rear combers at the intersection is 50 mm,the auger pitch is120 mm,and the device forward speed is 0. 5 m/s,when the agitation speed is greater than 50 r/min,the safflower cur The effect of flower ball is remarkable,which is conducive to the picking of red sliver and can improve the picking efficiency. In order to verify the feasibility of the device and the results of the simulation test,a field experiment was conducted. The results showed that the device has obvious effect on the classification and clustering of safflower balls of different heights,and improved the whole plant net-purchase rate of safflower.
