天空地多域体系作战指挥控制系统构建方法

摘要
基于天、空、地多域信息支持下的集群体系对抗是从机械化作战向信息化作战发展的必然趋势。通过对体系作战指挥控制需求进行分析,给出适合于天空地多域体系作战的指挥控制系统构建方法,通过建立通信网络架构、指挥层级结构和指挥控制系统模型,给出指挥控制系统软件架构,规划了指挥控制信息流。该方法综合考虑系统建模、软硬件实现、信息流传递等多个要素,解决了指挥控制系统"怎么建、怎么用"的关键问题。利用该方法建设的体系作战指挥控制系统已成功通过实装演示试验的考核。结果表明:该方法合理可行,可为装备体系作战指挥控制系统建设提供支撑。
        The systems combat based on space-air-ground multi-domain information shows the trend from mechanized war to information war. After analying the requirements, an construction method of command and control(C2) system is proposed. The integration communication network framework, the command structure, system functions, software architecture and information flow of the C2 system are designed. Then the C2 system is realized and plays an important part for the success of the real equipment test.The method will be helpful not only for the systems combat but also for any kind of joint operations.
