摘要
针对航天器外壳复杂加筋板结构的泄漏定位问题,提出了一种可在复杂结构中对连续泄漏信号进行定位的幅度谱索引法。使用分布式传感器网络,基于前验幅度谱特征值建立索引矩阵,根据最小方差确定泄漏位置。利用激光多普勒测振仪与加筋铝板搭建了实验系统,选取了3种类型135个声源进行定位实验。结果表明:与网格中心重合的情况下,可以达到4.3mm的平均误差,所有样本的平均定位误差在21.7mm。文章提出的幅度谱索引法有一定的普适性,同样适用于其他航天器复杂结构的结构健康监测及泄漏定位预警。
        Aiming at the leakage location problem of complex stiffened plate structure of spacecraft shell,an amplitude spectrum index method for positioning continuous leak signals in complex structures is proposed.The method uses a distributed sensor network to build an index matrix based on the a priori amplitude spectral feature values and determine the leak location based on the minimum variance.An experimental system using a laser Doppler vibrometer and a reinforced aluminum plate is built.Three types of 135 sound sources were selected for positioning experiments.The experimental results show that,with the grid center coincident,the average error of 4.3 mm can be achieved,and the average positioning error of all samples is 21.7 mm.The proposed amplitude spectrum index method has certain universality.The technical method is also applicable to structural health monitoring and leak location warning of complex structures of other spacecraft.
