以保护更新为导向的风貌区历史建筑价值评估与保护策略研究——以武夷路21街坊为例

摘要
上海一直以来都十分关注城市历史风貌的保护,其中对于历史文化风貌区的更新保护更是给予高度重视。然而风貌区内的大量历史建筑并未得到与规划要求相当的保护管理,风貌破坏甚至拆除重建的情况普遍存在,严重影响城市风貌以及居民生活条件。为了更好地对风貌区历史建筑进行重点保护、促进城市的有机更新、改善民生条件,有必要在原有保护规划的基础上对风貌区内的历史建筑进行进一步的价值甄别并制定对应的保护策略。本文将以位于愚园路历史文化风貌区的武夷路21街坊为例,通过引入二维分析法,以风貌区保护更新为评价导向,构建适用的价值评估体系对街坊内历史建筑逐一进行价值评估并分类,针对不同类别历史建筑的特点提出后续的保护策略。
        Shanghai has always paid great attention to the historical Scene,the conservation and renewal of historical and cutural area has been highly valued.However, a large number of historic buildings in historical and cutural area have not been protected and managed as required. The destruction or even demolition and reconstruction of the historic buildings are widespread, which seriously affects the city scape and living conditions of residents.In order to better protect the historic buildings in historical and cutural area, promote the city organic renewal, and improve the living conditions, it is necessary to carry out further value evaluation and corresponding preservation strategies for the historic buildings in historical and cutural area based on the original conservation planning.The paper will take the 21 st block of Wuyi Road located in the historical and cultural area of Yuyuan Road for example. By introducing the two-dimensional quadrant method, the conservation and renewal will be taked as the evaluation orientation, and the applicable evaluation system will be constructed to evaluate and classify the historic buildings in the neighborhood.Then the follow-up preservation strategies will be proposed for the characteristics of different types of historic buildings.
