摘要
为了比较不同活化方式的腐植酸对植物生长特性的影响,以油菜为供试作物,检测了施用不同活化方式的腐植酸处理的油菜生长特性指标。结果表明,与空白对照相比,土壤中增施腐植酸可显著提高油菜的鲜重、干重、叶绿素含量、根系活力、可溶性糖含量和Vc含量;同一添加量水平下,经活化的腐植酸对油菜的鲜重、干重、叶绿素含量、根系活力、可溶性糖含量和Vc含量的促进效果均优于未活化的腐植酸原料,碱活化腐植酸处理的可溶性糖含量显著高于氧化活化腐植酸处理;相同处理条件下600 kg/hm~2添加量的油菜鲜重、干重、Vc含量显著高于300 kg/hm~2的添加量。综上,碱活化腐植酸更适用于油菜产量、品质及抗逆性的提升,600 kg/hm~2为最佳施用水平。
In order to compare the effects of humic acid with different activation modes on plant growth characteristics, rape was used as the experimental crop to test the growth characteristics. The result showed that adding humic acid into soil could significantly increase the fresh weight, dry weight, chlorophyll content, root activity, soluble sugar content and Vc content of rape. At the same addition level, the effect of activated humic acids on indications of mentioned above were better than those with humic acid raw material. The soluble sugar content of alkali-activated humic acid treatment was significantly higher than that in oxygenactivated humic acid treatment. 600 kg/hm~2 treatment was significantly higher of fresh weight, dry weight and Vc content than 300 kg/hm~2 treatment in the same condition. In conclusion, the alkali-activated humic acid was more suitable for the improvement of yield, quality and stress resistance of rape, especially in 600 kg/hm~2.
