摘要

生态环境社会治理,是建设现代环境治理体系的重要方面。本文在对新时代生态环境社会治理担负的新使命分析基础上,总结了近年生态环保部门推动全民行动取得的积极进展及成效,并提出,唯有共识,才能共治、共享,并就推进生态环境社会治理工作提出几点思考和想法。
        Ecological and environmental socio-governance is an important aspect of developing a modern environmental governance system. Based on the analysis of the new mission of the ecological and environmental socio-governance for a new era,this paper summarized the progress and achievements made by ecological and environmental protection authorities in promoting extensive public involvement in recent years,and argued that if only there is consensus could there be participation and common interests. It then proposed some thoughts and ideas on promoting ecological and environmental socio-governance.
