摘要
通过对单电三丝埋弧焊工艺性影响因素进行分析,以及其与单丝、双丝埋弧焊焊缝金属各项理化性能的对比和使用焊接性试验,发现单电三丝埋弧焊焊缝金属的各项理化性能指标均满足ASME BPVC.Ⅷ.2规范的要求,在总热输入不变时,冷丝的添加可降低传送至母材的热量,改善焊接接头的组织和性能,提高焊接熔敷效率,可在加氢反应器支撑凸台及裙座大三角等焊接部位推广应用。
After analyzing the factors which affect the technology of single electric three-wire submerged arc welding,and comparison of physical and chemical properties of weld metal with single wire and double wire submerged arc welding and its weldability test,it is found that the physical and chemical properties of weld metal by single electric three-wire submerged arc welding meet the requirements of ASME BPVC. Ⅷ.2. Meanwhile,when the total heat input is constant,the addition of cold wire can reduce the heat which transferred to the base metal,improve the microstructure and properties of the welded joint,enhance the welding deposition rate. The technology of single electric three-wire submerged arc welding can be widely applied to welding parts such as support boss and big triangle weld of skirt in the hydrogenation reactor.
