摘要

在生态文明建设中,一个国家加入世界经济循环的一个重要标志即是能够合理地运用空间组织,有序地进行协调与发展,这也是提升国家竞争力的必要条件。中国协调发展所面临的核心问题有经济、资源与环境问题,必须加以重视。主要阐述了环境功能区划和主体功能区划的概念及特点,探讨了这两者间的关系以及相同点和不同点。
        In the construction of ecological civilization, an important sign for a country to join the world economic cycle is that it can use space organization reasonably and coordinate and develop in an orderly way, which is also a necessary condition for improving national competitiveness. The core issues of coordinated development in China include economic, resource and environmental issues, which must be taken seriously. The core issues facing China's coordinated development include issues of economy,resource and environment, which must be taken seriously. This paper mainly expounded the concept and characteristics of environmental functional regionalization and main functional regionalization and probed into the relationship between them as well as their similarities and differences.
