摘要
薄铝箔轧制存在真假板形问题,在线和离线板形通常会有些区别,往往是轧制时在线板形检测非常好的薄箔在下游工序使用却出现板形问题。通过一种新型薄铝箔离线板形检测装置,可以将板形较为真实的测量出来。其主要原理是:将不同规格的铝箔施加不同张力,然后,在铝箔宽度上各个点施加一个恒力,在恒力作用下,松的部位铝箔被压头压得较深,紧的部位铝箔被压头压得较浅,从而显示出真实的松和紧。如实记录这些数据,从而得出宽度方向铝箔松紧曲线,为下游工序使用提供参考。
        There are true flatness and false flatness in thin aluminum foil rolling and there are usually some differences between on-line flatness and off-line flatness. Thin foils with good on-line flatness during rolling often appear defective flatness in the downstream process.A relatively true flatness of thin aluminum foils can be measured with a new off-line flatness measurement device. This new device works in the following way: Different tensions are applied to different specifications of aluminum foil and a constant force is applied at each point in the width of the aluminum foil. Under this constant force,the loose part of the aluminum foil is pressed deeper by the head and the tight part of the aluminum foil is pressed shallower by the head,thus showing the true looseness and tightness. As these data are recorded,the curve is obtained indicating looseness and tightness of the aluminum foil in the width direction,which provides reference for the use in the downstream process.
