摘要
为了有效提高施工现场的安全管理效率,明确现场安全管理的重点,减少安全隐患的发生,在综合分析现场管理特性的基础上,结合相关文献、规范及资料,总结出现场安全管理的风险评估体系,并采用LEC和模糊综合评价法对指标进行评估,得出现场安全管理的风险等级,旨在为制定针对性的措施提供借鉴和参考。将该方法用于实际项目中,结果表明,该工程的现场安全管理风险等级为中度风险,并得出相应的管理措施为现场需保持现有管理方法并定期检查。
In order to effectively improve the safety management efficiency of construction site, clarify the key points of site safety management and reduce the occurrence of potential safety hazards, based on the comprehensive analysis of site management characteristics,combined with relevant literature, norms and information, the risk assessment system of site safety management is summarized, and LEC and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are adopted. Valuation method is used to evaluate the indicators and get the risk level of site safety management, aiming at providing reference for formulating targeted measures. The method is applied to a practical project. The results show that the risk level of safety management in the project site is moderate risk, and the corresponding management measures are obtained to maintain the existing management methods and check them regularly.
