摘要
比较了"零保温"和常规保温淬火的42CrMo钢试样金相组织。对淬火后42CrMo钢进行了5个不同温度的回火处理,以观察试样的组织和性能的不同之处和变化规律。结果表明,"零保温"淬火处理能够使采煤机截齿用42CrMo低合金钢达到外硬内韧的效果。最适宜的回火温度为430℃。
The microstructure of 42CrMo steel specimens of "zero time holding" and conventional thermal insulation quenching was compared. The 42CrMo steel after quenching was tempered at five different temperatures to observe the differences and change law of the microstructure and properties of the samples. The results show that, the "zero time holding" quenching treatment can make the low alloy 42CrMo steel for shearer picks achieve the effect of external hard and internal toughness. The optimum tempering temperature is 430 ℃.
