深井高地应力大采高工作面煤壁片帮机理及控制技术

摘要
针对某矿1242大采高工作面的煤壁片帮控制问题,充分利用现场调研、文献检索、力学分析等研究方法,对工作面煤壁片帮的影响因素及片帮机理进行分析,并针对性的制定了工作面上下顺槽超前深孔注水、断层等构造区域超前注浆加固、确保液压支架的支护强度及支护状态、加强液压支架故障检修及日常维护等控制对策,有力保障了工作面的高产高效及安全生产。
        In view of the control problem of coal wall spalling in 1242 mining face of a mine, the influencing factors and spalling mechanism of coal wall spalling in the face were analyzed by making full use of research methods such as field investigation, literature search and mechanical analysis, and the control measures such as advanced grouting reinforcement in the upper and lower down-and-forward deep-hole water injection,faults and other structural areas of the face, ensuring the support strength and support status of hydraulic supports, and strengthening the troubleshooting and daily maintenance of hydraulic supports were formulated, effectively ensuring the high yield, high efficiency and safe production of the working face.
