摘要

目的建立HPLC法测定养阴镇静片丹参素的含量。方法色谱柱:Agilent HCC18(250×4.6 mm,5μm);甲醇-二甲基甲酰胺—冰醋酸—水(1:2:1:96)为流动相;检测波长为283 nm。结果丹参素钠在0.097-2.910μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,R~2=0.999997;平均回收率(n=6)为99.6%,RSD=1.5%。结论本法简便,准确,重现性好,可作评价养阴镇静片的质控方法。
        Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Danshensu in Yangyin Jingjing Tablets. Methods Column: Agilent HCC18(250×4.6 mm, 5 μm); methanol-dimethylformamide-glacial acetic acidwater(1:2:1:96) as mobile phase; detection wavelength was 283 nm. Results Danshensu sodium showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.097-2.910μg, R~2=0.999997; the average recovery rate(n=6) was 99.6%, RSD=1.5%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate and reproducible, and can be used as a quality control method for evaluating Yinyinjing tablets.
