基于Workbench的未焊透尺寸因素对压力管道的影响分析

摘要
压力管道在焊接过程中,容易产生未焊透缺陷,未焊透缺陷给工业管道运行带来严重的危害。为此,基于有限元理论,运用Workbench有限元软件,采用控制变量的方法对某工厂压力管道进行有限元静载荷运算,从Von-Mises等效应力的角度分析未焊透缺陷尺寸对压力管道强度的影响。结果表明,缺陷处的等效应力随缺陷尺寸变化呈现一定的规律,未焊透缺陷长度、宽度、深度三个影响因素中,缺陷深度对结构强度影响最大。
        The pressure steel pipe is usually welded on-site, and it is easy to form incompletely welding defects, whose risk can't be ignored to the pressure pipe operation. Base on the finite element theory, the Workbench software and control variable method are used to analyze the influence of welding defects' size on the strength of pipe with incomplete penetration defects from the view of the Von-Mises equivalent stress. The results show that there are some certain regularities between the change of the Mises equivalent stress and the change of the size of the defect. The defect depth has the greatest influence on the structural strength in the three influencing factors of the length, width and depth of the impermeable defect.
