摘要

目的观察瑶医平衡针治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法将60例肩周炎患者随机分为瑶医平衡针组30例和常规针刺组30例,比较治疗前、治疗后1周和治疗后3周两组患者的疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Constant-Murley评分(CMS)和治疗总有效率。结果两组治疗后1周和治疗后3周的VAS评分均较治疗前降低,CMS均较治疗前升高(均P <0. 05),但治疗前和治疗后1周,两组VAS评分及CMS比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P> 0. 05)。治疗后3周,瑶医平衡针组的VAS评分低于常规针刺组,CMS高于常规针刺组(均P <0. 05)。瑶医平衡针组、常规针刺组的总有效率分别为96. 6%、86. 6%,瑶医平衡针组疗效优于常规针刺组(P <0. 05)。结论瑶医平衡针治疗肩周炎的效果明显,能有效缓解患者的疼痛症状,改善肩关节活动度。
        Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yao medicine balance acupuncture in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods Sixty patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were randomly divided into Yao medicine balance acupuncture group or routine acupuncture group,with 30 cases in each group. Before treatment,1 week and 3 weeks after treatment,Visual Analogue Scale( VAS) score,Constant-Murley score( CMS) and total therapeutic efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results VAS scores decreased and CMSs increased 1week and 3 weeks after treatment than before treatment in both groups( all P < 0. 05),but no statistical differences were found between the two groups in VAS score or CMS before treatment or 1 week after treatment( all P > 0. 05).Three weeks after treatment,VAS score decreased and CMS increased in Yao medicine balance acupuncture group compared to the routine acupuncture( all P < 0. 05). Total therapeutic effective rates of Yao medicine balance acupuncture group and the routine acupuncture group were 96. 6% and 86. 6%,respectively,and the efficacy of Yao medicine balance acupuncture group was superior to that of the routine acupuncture group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Yao medicine balance acupuncture can obtain a significant efficacy for scapulohumeral periarthritis,for it can effectively relieve the pain of the patients,and improve the mobility of shoulder joints.
