城市地下管线基础信息普查方法与实践——以北京市为例

摘要
本文对城市地下管线基础信息普查全流程进行了设计与实现,对设计思路进行了阐述,采用地下管线探测、全球导航卫星系统、地理信息系统等技术,查清城市地下管线的位置、基本属性和数量特征,建立数据库和应用平台,形成地下管线基础信息普查成果,为城市地下空间合理开发利用、综合管理、城市数字化、智慧城市建设等奠定基础。本文提出的一整套方法在北京市城市地下管线基础信息普查中得到有效应用,并取得了丰富的成果,期望供同行参考借鉴。
        This paper designs and realizes the whole process of basic information survey of urban underground pipelines,expounds the design ideas. By using the underground pipeline detection,the global navigation satellite system and geographic information system to find out the location,basic attributes and the number of characteristics,the underground pipeline products are established with database and application platform, which lay a foundation for the rational development and utilization of urban underground space,integrated management,urban digital,intelligent city construction. The methods proposed in this paper has been effectively applied in the basic information survey of urban underground pipelines in Beijing,and has achieved rich results for references.
