文物建筑中工业遗产的加固和改造——以武汉市平和打包厂加固改造工程为例

摘要
为了更加有效地对被列为文物保护单位的工业遗产进行保护与再利用,本文针对文物建筑中工业遗产的特点,结合武汉市平和打包厂加固改造工程实例,分析了加固改造过程中的重点和难点,探讨了如何制定适用于文物建筑中工业遗产的加固改造方案。以不改变文物现状为前提,以可逆可识别为原则,结合业主和市政规划需求,平和打包厂加固改造工程着力开展了现状勘测、成因分析、加固方案优化等方面的工作。本工程采用增设扶壁柱法、粘贴钢板或型钢法加固墙柱,梁加固选用外粘型钢加固法、增大截面法或粘贴钢板与增大截面复合加固法,楼板通过增大截面和粘贴纤维布进行加固。实践结果表明,本工程加固改造方案不仅能有效提高构件承载能力、改善结构性能,还较好地协调了现状保护与修缮之间的矛盾,可为今后类似工程提供依据和参考。
        For more effective protection and re-utilization of the industrial heritage among the cultural relics, in consideration of the features of the industrial heritage, the reinforcement project of Wuhan Pinghe Packing Factory is taken as an example to analyze the key and difficult points in the process of reinforcement, and the principles of strengthening and upgrading these industrial heritage are explored. With the premise of unchanging the status quo, aiming at reversibility and identifiability, integrating the owner's demand and the municipal planning, the reinforcement project of the Pinghe packing factory, including the status quo survey, genetic analysis and reinforcement scheme optimization, are carried out. In this project, the walls and columns are respectively strengthened by adding counterfort columns and sticking steel or shaped steel; the beams are reinforced by externally bonding shaped steel, enlarging section or a combination of sticking steel and enlarging section; the slabs are strengthened by enlarging section and sticking fiber fabric. The result shows that the reinforcement scheme of this project not only effectively improves the bearing capacity of the structural members and the structural performance, but also balances the status quo protection and the reinforcement. Therefore, this reinforcement scheme may provide some references for similar projects
