摘要

工业遗产改造升级为体育场馆促进体育产业发展是工业遗产保护及开发利用的一种重要方式.分析了体育产业的资源枯竭城市工业遗产保护的3种模式:延续原有功能模式、非盈利性体育公共服务模式、盈利性体育产业发展模式.着力探究资源枯竭城市工业遗产保护与体育产业互动关系:工业遗产是体育场馆建设的资源平台;体育场馆建设是工业遗产保护的有效方式.
        The transformation and upgrading of industrial heritage to sports venues to promote the development of sports industry is an important way to protect and exploit industrial heritage.This paper analyses three modes of industrial heritage protection in cities with exhausted resources based on sports industry:continuing the original functional mode,non-profit sports public service mode and profit sports industry development mode.The interactive relationship between industrial heritage protection and sports industry in resource-exhausted cities is explored:the industrial heritage is the resource platform for the construction of sports venues;and the construction of sports venues is an effective way for the protection of industrial heritage.
