《保护文化遗产国际图联指南》解读

摘要
《保护文化遗产国际图联指南》是IFLA文化遗产保护领域的一个宣传性文本,它简要而系统地梳理了IFLA的文化遗产保护工作,并突出了不同项目的关键点。文章通过解读《指南》,结合相关文献资料,勾勒出IFLA文化遗产保护工作的基本体系和重点领域,并着重呈现IFLA构建的文化遗产保护的"实体"和"数字"两大合作网络。基于此,文章提出《指南》对我国图书馆参与文化遗产保护工作的启示,即加强专业性合作和集中化管理,持续关注并建立数字化保护路径。
As a publicity text in the field of IFLA's cultural heritage protection, Preserving Cultural Heritage: An IFLA Guide briefly and systematically combs IFLA's cultural heritage protection and highlights the key points of different projects. By interpreting the guide and combining relevant literature, the paper gives a brief account on the basic system and key areas of IFLA's cultural heritage protection, and focuses on two cooperation networks of "entity" and "digital" constructed by IFLA. The guide gives enlightenment to Chinese libraries in cultural heritage protection, which is to strengthen professional cooperation and centralized management, and to continuously focus on and establish digital protection paths.
