国际图联的文化遗产保护理念与保护策略研究

摘要
文章梳理了国际图联文化遗产保护的相关文本,将其划分为宏观政策中的文化遗产保护条款和关于文化遗产保护的专门政策。在相关文本分析的基础上,总结了国际图联文化遗产的3点核心保护理念与4项策略:明确职责,构建话语;推进合作,实现共赢;建立规范,提供指引;高度重视数字化手段。
The relevant texts to IFLA cultural heritage protection are sorted out into the cultural heritage items in the macro policy and the special policy mainly focus on the cultural heritage. On the basis of relevant text analysis, IFLA's cultural heritage concept is summarized and it could be achieved through the following 4 strategies: defining responsibilities and constructing discourse; promoting cooperation to achieve winwin; providing guidance and establishing norms; emphasizing the digital library means.
