摘要

文章依据对某高校OPAC系统移动端日志数据的统计分析,设计相应的调查问卷和访谈,发现影响移动图书馆WAP和App接入方式用户使用行为的各种因素,分析用户对不同接入方式的使用偏好和需求,为改进移动图书馆不同接入方式服务提供可参考的建议。
        Based on the results of statistical analysis of mobile log data of OPAC system in a university, the corresponding questionnaire and interviews were designed in this research. We hope to find the various factors affecting the use behavior of users when they use WAP and App to access the mobile library. Analyze users' preferences and demands for different access modes of mobile libraries and give references to improve the service of mobile library.
