摘要

电子系统是形成可信电子文件、保障电子文件凭证性和实现电子文件安全管理的信息生态环境。本文以高等学校研究生学位论文管理为例,分析当前电子文件管理面临的困境和问题,从可信系统环境的建设和档案管理要求的系统化嵌入两方面研究电子文件生命周期全过程有效管理的方法体系,为电子文件"单轨制"管理奠定基础。
        The electronic system is the information ecological environment which forms the credible electronic records, guarantees the evidential attribute of records and realizes security management.Taking the whole process management of graduates' dissertations in colleges and universities as an example in this paper, electronic records management is currently faced with difficulties and problems are analyzed, and the effective management methods to safeguard the credibility of electronic records are studied based on the construction of trusted system environment and embedding management requirements. The purpose is to lay a foundation for "single filing system" of managing electronic records.
