上海市心理卫生服务机构中心理测量应用现状调查

摘要
目的:对上海市心理卫生服务机构中心理测量的应用进行现状调查,为其今后的发展提供现实经验和参考依据。方法:采用总体抽样,对上海市心理卫生服务行业协会的93家会员单位(包括专科医疗、非专科医疗、非医疗企事业和社会机构4类机构)进行自编问卷调查。结果:91家会员单位收回有效问卷。其中,53家单位设立有心理测量室,心理测量室分布市区多于郊区。4类机构之间在拥有心理测量室(χ~2=5.52,P=0.13)和心理测量工具(χ~2=8.74,P=0.45)上不存在统计学差异,而在拥有心理测量师(F=4.77,P=0.03)上存在统计学差异。结论:上海市心理卫生服务机构中心理测量室和心理测量工具有待进一步建设和完善,尤其心理测量师匮乏,更需加大培养力度。
