摘要

目的:通过对近3年嘉兴市居民健康素养监测结果的分析,了解健康素养水平的变化趋势。方法:利用统计软件标化分析2015-2017年嘉兴市居民总体健康素养水平和不同性别、年龄等特征人群的的健康素养水平。结果:居民总体健康素养水平稳步上升,不同性别、文化程度、年龄、职业的人群健康素养水平总体呈现上升趋势。不同人群的变化趋势各有特征,文化程度高的居民素养知识提高幅度高于普通城乡居民。结论:嘉兴市居民健康素养水平呈逐年上升趋势。仍需针对不同人群特征制定相应的健康干预策略,开展健康干预及监测评估工作。
        Objective To understand the changing trend of health literacy level of the residents of Jiaxing city through the analysis of the results of health literacy monitoring over the past three years. Methods Statistical software was used to analyze the overall health literacy level and the levels of health literacy in different genders and age groups among the residents of Jiaxing from 2015 to 2017. Results The overall health literacy level increased steadily,and the health literacy levels of different genders,education levels,ages and occupations showed an overall upward trend. The changing trends of different groups of people had their own characteristics. The improvement of literacy knowledge of residents with higher education level was higher than that of ordinary urban and rural residents. Conclusions In recent years,the health literacy level of the residents in Jiaxing city has been increasing year by year. However,it is still necessary to formulate appropriate health intervention strategies according to the characteristics of different groups of people and to carry out health interventions,monitoring and evaluation.
