摘要
在25℃的条件下,分别使用0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0、2.5 mol/L的氯化钾和氯化钠浸提供试土壤30min,水土比为5:1,检测其中的铵态氮。结果表明:1.0mol/L的氯化钾和2.0mol/L能将供试土样中的铵态氮充分浸提,且氯化钾浓度为1.0 mol/L和氯化钠浓度为2.0 mol/L时,检测结果一致。
The test soil was extracted by 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 mol/L potassium chloride and sodium chloride for 30 min at 25℃, and the ratio of water to soil was 5:1. The results showed that the ammonium nitrogen in the tested soil samples was sufficiently extracted by 1.0 mol/L potassium chloride and 2.0 mol/L, the test results are consistent when the potassium chloride concentration was 1.0 mol/L and the sodium chloride concentration was 2.0 mol/L.
