摘要
以电驱动两挡AMT新型动力系统作为对象。根据整车最高车速、加速时间、续驶里程等性能指标的设计要求,首先对驱动电机参数、2AMT系统速比、动力电池等关键部件的参数进行匹配与选型。其次,根据所匹配得到的动力系统各关键基本参数和所选部件在MATLAB/Simulink环境中搭建整车前向仿真模型,对整车设计指标进行加速性能、最大爬坡度的整车动力性和电池放电深度、续驶里程的经济性能仿真验证。仿真结果表明,所选择的动力系统各部件参数能够满足设计要求。
In this study,a new dynamic system of dual-gear electric drive AMT was used as the object. Firstly,according to the design requirements of some performance indicators,such as maximum speed limits,acceleration time and driving range,the parameters of key parts,including parameters of driving motor,2AMT system speed ratio and power battery,were matched and selected. Secondly,the vehicle forward simulation model,based on key basic parameters of the matching power system and selected parts,was bulit in the MATL AB/Sim ulink environment. And the indicators,including acceleration performance,maximum gradability vehicle power performance,and travel distance,the economic performance of the battery discharge depth,were vetified by simulation. The simulation results showed that the choice of power system parameters could meet the design requirements.
