摘要
针对炼钢工序能耗运行过程中存在着工艺制度不完善、生产组织缺乏柔性的智能化调度系统以及设备问题。从设备管理、工艺管理、生产管理三个方面采取措施,对设备进行升级改造;通过对精炼炉电极智能控制系统进行升级改造提高其电热效率;LF精炼精确控温;缩短蹲钢时间并提高钢包周转率,实现炼钢工序能耗最小。
        Aiming at the investigation and analysis in the process of energy consumption of steelmaking process, this paper presents an intelligent scheduling system and equipment problems which are imperfect in process system and lack of flexibility in production organization. Take measures from three aspects of equipment management, process management and production management to upgrade the equipment. The electric thermal efficiency is improved by upgrading the intelligent control system of the furnace electrode, LF refining precision temperature control, shortening the time of the cratered steel and improving the turnover rate of ladle to realize the minimum energy consumption of steelmaking process.
