摘要
介绍了一种异型电子接插件注射模的结构设计,在分析塑件成型难点的基础上,将模具设计为1模2腔结构的两板模,模具采用双侧浇口浇注,以控制塑件的翘曲变形;为实现塑件的自动化生产,设计了一种特殊的液压缸活塞杆+滑块的二次抽芯机构来完成塑件的多个侧孔抽芯,通过液压缸活塞杆驱动侧抽芯机构完成中间小孔型芯的抽芯,由斜导柱驱动滑块完成塑件侧边的抽芯,抽芯机构设计新颖,模具结构合理,对类似塑件注射模设计具有一定的参考价值。
        The structure design of an injection mould for a special-shaped electronic connector was presented. On the basis of analyzing the forming difficulties of plastic parts, the mould was designed as a two-plate mould with two cavities. The mould was used two gates to control the warping deformation of the plastic parts. In order to realize the automatic production of the plastic parts, a two-stage core-pulling mechanism with special hydraulic cylinder and slider was designed to complete the demoulding of the side holes of the plastic, and the side core-pulling mechanism was driven by the hydraulic cylinder to demould the central small hole, and the slider was driven by the angle pin to demould the side of the plastic part. The core-pulling mechanism was novel in design and the structure of the mould was reasonable. It had a certain reference value for the design of injection mould of similar plastic parts.
