摘要

目的研究护理干预对奥曲肽联合奥美拉唑治疗肝硬化上消化道出血患者疗效的影响。方法选择肝硬化上消化道出血患者100例,随机分为研究组和对照组(各50例),给予研究组患者护理干预,给予对照组患者常规护理。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组再出血率及病死率均显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论护理干预能够保证临床治疗效果,降低患者再出血率以及病死率,改善患者预后,值得临床大力推广。
        Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on the effect of octreotide combined with omeprazole on the treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding in cirrhosis. Methods 100 patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were selected, randomly divided into the study group and control group(50 cases), and the nursing intervention was given to the study group. The control patients were given regular care. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The rate of rebleeding and mortality of the team were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can reduce the rate of rehemorrhage and mortality of patients, improve the prognosis of patients, and deserve to be promoted clinically.
