摘要
海上溢油污染会严重破坏近海海洋环境,还会直接危害沿海国家的经济发展。近些年来,由于我国经济的高速发展,原油需求年年增长,同时也加剧了海上溢油事故发生的风险。因此,提升我国海上溢油应急能力和溢油预测预警技术是非常有必要的。国家海洋信息中心基于多个数据库和数值模型集成,研发了中国近海海上溢油一体化预测预警系统,该系统可为溢油应急工作提供科学依据和参考。
        Marine oil spill may bring irreversible harm to the marine environment, and will cause an immeasurable loss of economy.In recent years, due to China's high-speed economic development, the demand for crude oil is increasing year by year, leading to the high risk of oil spill incidents. Therefore, it is necessary to promote emergency response on marine oil spill in China and improve oil spill forecasting and early warning techniques. Based on data bases and numerical models, National Marine Data and Information Service(NMDIS) have developed the China-Sea integrated marine oil spill forecasting and early warning system, which is capable of providing scientific information support for oil spill response.
