摘要
针对马钢降低焦炭灰分的需求,通过洗选工艺将淮北矿点各单种煤灰分洗选至不同灰分范围,确定了13种配煤方案,对配合煤煤质及对应40kg试验焦炉所炼焦炭质量进行分析。研究结果表明,随所配入淮北煤灰分含量变化,配合煤灰分含量、灰成分催化指数及黏结性发生一定的变化,其中随所配入淮北瘦煤灰分含量的减少,焦炭质量逐渐提高。
        To meet the requirement of reducing ash content in coke by Masteel,13 kinds of coal blending schemes are determined based on each individual kind of coal from Huaibei coal mines,which have been washed and selected into different ash contents by coal dressing method. The blended coal quality and the coke quality produced from 40 kg test oven are analyzed. The result shows that the blended coal ash content,ash catalytic index and caking property vary with the ash content of Huaibei coal,in which the Huaibei lean coal ash content decreases,and the coke quality increases accordingly.
