摘要
长宁页岩气藏采用丛式水平井进行开采,产出水为压裂残液、CaCl_2水型、矿化度29~53g/L。针对该水质特点及井型情况,优选了发泡力大于160mm、5min稳泡性大于250mm、携液量大于150mL/15min的起泡剂,研发了橇装式自动起消泡剂加注装置。在H3-1和H3-2井中成功进行了现场应用,合计增产气量0.49×10~4 m~3/d(增加26.9%),增产水量6.14m~3/d(增加1.17倍),表明泡沫排水采气技术对长宁页岩气井有很好的适应性。
        The well type of Changning shale gas reservoir is cluster horizontal well.The water producing from the well is fracturing fluid residue,the type of it is CaCl_2,the salinity of it is between29 g/L and 53 g/L.Aiming to the characteristic of water component and well type,the authors selected a foam agent which the foaming ability is greater than 160 mm,5 min foam steady ability is greater than 250 mm,foam-carrying capability is greater than 150 mL/15 min,and developed a skidmounted filling device for automatic foaming and de-foaming agent.The foaming agent and device have been successfully used in the wells of H3-1 and H3-2.The total increase of gas production is 0.49×10~4 m~3/d,which increased by 26.9%;the total increase of liquid production is 6.14 m~3/d,which increased by 117%.It is confirmed that the foam-dewatering treatment has a good adaptability of Changing shale gas well.
