摘要
采用漂白粉配制浸出液,对贵州某卡林型金矿进行了浸出实验,考察了漂白粉用量、浸出时间、液固比、浸出温度和氢氧化钠用量对金浸出的影响。结果表明,取原矿100 g,漂白粉(有效氯55%)65 g,温度30℃,浸出时间4 h,氢氧化钠22.5 g,液固比5∶1,金浸出率达59.46%。漂白粉可实现卡林型金矿的有效浸出,但浸出率尚不能满足工业要求。
A leaching experiment was carried out for a Carlin type gold deposit in Guizhou Province by using bleaching powder solution as leach solution. Effects of dosage of bleaching powder,leaching time,liquid/solid ratio,leaching temperature,as well as dosage of sodium hydroxide on gold leaching were investigated. It is shown that leaching test of100 g raw ore at a temperature of 30 ℃ for 4 h,with 65 g bleaching powder( 55% effective chlorine),22.5 g sodium hydroxide and liquid/solid ratio at 5 ∶1,resulted in the gold leaching rate at 59.46%. It is concluded that an effective leaching of Carlin type gold deposits can be actualized with bleaching powder,but the leaching rate still can't meet the industrial requirements.
