摘要

目的:深入解析刘群霞教授学术思想以及广泛的临床和学术经验,为了更好地继承和发扬刘群霞教授的临床经验。方法:回顾性总结刘群霞教授30多年来临床治疗脑病经验、日常生活中导师的有益谈话,以及通过对脑病相关文献资料的研究,撰写成文。结果和结论:刘群霞教授临证之际善于针药并用治疗脑病,其辨证思路开阔,遣方用药方证对应,临床效果优良,并选录其治疗头痛、中风、不寐之3个典型验案,以分享同道。
        Objective: In-depth analysis of Professor Liu Qunxia's academic thinking and extensive clinical and academic experience, in order to better inherit and carry forward the clinical experience of Professor Liu Qunxia.Methods: A retrospective review of Prof. Liu Qunxia's clinical treatment of encephalopathy and his useful talks with mentors in daily life for more than 30 years, as well as writing essays through research on literature related to encephalopathy.Results and Conclusions: Prof. Liu Qunxia was good at using acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of encephalopathy at the time of clinical examination. The idea of differentiation thinking was broadened, and the decoy was used to treat prescriptions. The clinical results were excellent. Select three typical cases of headache, stroke, and insomnia in order to share the same way.
