摘要

随着市场经济和科学技术的不断发展,商业形态的不断完善,新商业时代的到来,无疑对新时期商业人才有着新的诉求。商业经济的发展,推动着商业文化的发展。而商业文化的形成与发展又受商业环境和商业人才的直接影响。商业文化不是孤立存在的,要谈商业文化就得谈商业人才,商业文化与商业人才两者紧密相连,互相推进,相互促进,所以了解新时期商业人才的诉求,培养符合新时期的商业人才是推动新时期商业经济、商业文化发展的重要保障。该文以商业文化为引子,以复合、创新型商业人才培养为焦点,辨析新时期商业人才的诉求和培养的途径,对正确认识商业文化与商业人才培养具有积极的参考意义。
        With the continuous development of the market economy and science and technology,the continuous improvement of the business form and the arrival of the new business era,there is no doubt that there is a new demand for the business talents in the new period. The development of business economy promotes the development of business culture. The formation and development of business culture is directly influenced by business environment and business talents. Business culture is not isolated. Business culture must be talked about business talents. Business culture and business talents are closely linked,mutually promote and promote each other. Therefore,to understand the demands of business talents in the new era and cultivate business talents that are in line with the new period are important guarantee to promote the development of business economy and business culture in the new era. Taking business culture as the introduction and focusing on the cultivation of complex and innovative business talents,this paper analyzes the demands and ways of cultivating business talents in the new period,and has a positive reference to the correct understanding of business culture and the cultivation of business talents.
