摘要

溃疡性结肠炎是常见的胃肠道疾病,多数研究认为:本病的发生与环境、遗传及自身的免疫系统等因素有关。本病的西医治疗以美沙拉嗪为主,但患者用药后疗效不显著,且复发率高,对患者的生活产生了极大的影响。孙晓娜教授根据20年的临床经验,总结出用半夏泻心汤治疗溃疡性结肠炎,患者预后较好,且复发率低。
        Ulcerative colitis is the most common gastrointestinal diseases. Most of the extant researches believe the occurrence of this disease is related to the environment, heredity and its own immune system. The western medicine of this disease is mainly mesalazine, but the curative effect is not obvious, and the recurrence rate is high, which has a great impact on the life of the patient.According to the clinical experience of more than 20 years, Professor Sun Xiaona concludes that in the treatment of ulcerative colitis with modified Banxia Xiexin decoction has better prognosis and low recurrence.
