荧光染色法与KOH湿片法在浅部真菌感染直接镜检中的应用比较

摘要
目的比较荧光染色法和KOH湿片法在真菌直接镜检中的应用。方法采集皮肤科门诊105例疑为浅表真菌感染的患者皮损标本,每例同时行荧光染色法及KOH湿片法检测,并对检测结果进行比较。结果 105份标本中荧光染色法检出85例阳性,KOH湿片法检出58例阳性,荧光染色法阳性率(80.95%)明显高于KOH湿片法(55.23%)。结论荧光染色法较KOH湿片法结果更快速、准确,可用于浅部真菌感染的快速诊断。
        Objective To compare the effects of fluorescent staining and KOH wet-mount in superficial fungal direct microscopy. Methods One hundred and five samples were taken from 105 patients of dermatological clinic. Both the fluorescent staining and KOH wet-mount were used in each case at the same time, and then the effects of the two methods were compared. Results In the total of 105 samples, 85 cases of fungal positive were directed by fluorescent staining and 58 cases of fungal positive were directed by KOH wet-mount. The positive rate of fluorescent staining(80.95%) was higher than that of KOH wet-mount(55.23%). Conclusion The fluorescent staining is more rapid and accurate than KOH wet-mount, which can be used in the detection of superficial fungal infection.
